Guilt free sausage
Super tasty and versatile sausage. Great crumbled on pizza, egg bakes, or blended with beef in meat loaf or meat balls. Good price and I love that these animals get a good life prior to slaughter. Life outside and in the sun doing pig things with other pigs. Cared for by great family farmers. Any meat we eat should be raised this way and grateful for what the Nelsons do.
