Breakfast Sausage Patties
These always come out perfect. Thin and high heat, or thicker and low/medium heat. For myself with a little extra crust, or for the kids without. The flavor is neutral pork without overbearing spice. Rendering leaves mostly clean fat and bits - no sugary sticky residue like some store bought pork sausage.
