The roast starts with vital wheat gluten, tofu and expeller pressed canola oil. The stuffing tucked in the middle is brown rice, wild rice, bread cubes and onions. The gravy gets its flavor from soy sauce, onion, carrot, celery seed, garlic, leek and spices, and the brownie is made with cocoa powder and chocolate chips. It all weighs in at 56 oz (3 lb 8 oz), and it's fork friendly.

Keep it frozen until the big day. It's made in the USA. Contains wheat and soy. Pro tip: best enjoyed with friends.

At Tofurky, we got our start in 1980, when Seth Tibbott opened his own company in Forest Grove, Oregon, after making from-scratch tempeh to share with friends and family. In 1995 we debuted the very first Holiday Roast, for a nation hungry for a tastier meat-free Thanksgiving. We're still family owned and independent, a certified B Corporation, and we make tasty food for plant-eaters, meat-eaters and people who resist labels.
