    I added a spice mix and some oil and slow cooked them for 3.5 hours - so good!

    Nelson Farm has the best chicken thighs. Flavor is so good with each bite, we just season & either bake or air fry.

    Oh my gosh, I can't say enough! The chickens are delicious, rich in nutrients so versatile to cook with. I cook with whole chickens as well, make stock and bone broth. I love these thighs browned in coconut oil, with garlic & onions pushed in-between them. They are moist with a crisp yummy skin.
