Best Summer Sausage Ever?
I grew up eating summer sausage, and have been eating a couple different brands for the last ten years or so. This one is on a whole other level. It has a perfect balance of richness, acidity, and savoriness. I'm blown away by how good it is and thrilled to have found a local one with no dextrose or nitrite.
