Ginger Snap Cookies - 6 ct
Our Ginger Snap Cookies start with ground flaxseed, the very first ingredient in the recipe. We spice them the classic way, with crystallized ginger, cane molasses, cinnamon and cloves. There are six cookies in every package.
- Ground flaxseed leads the dry blend, with tapioca flour in place of wheat flour
- No milk, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts or soy in the ingredient list
Plum puree goes into the dough alongside the flax. For sweetness we use evaporated cane sugar, cane sugar and cane molasses. We leaven the cookies with aluminum-free, non-GMO baking powder. Contains egg (egg whites).
