Our organic, non-GMO Italian Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is aged in ancient oak wooden casks for a rich complex sweetness balanced by slight smokiness and mellow tartness. Delicious with salads, in marinades and drizzled on fresh strawberries. (Contains Naturally Occurring Sulfites) Acidity 6%.
