Milk and Honey Ciders produces fine American ciders from Heirloom and Heritage varieties of apples. We specialize in interesting and aromatic ciders which are generally on the semi-dry to dry end.
This cider, Pomme de Vie (Apple of Life), is a non-alcoholic, semi-dry cider. This cider is fermented from a blend Newtown Pippin apple varietals, and then dealcoholized. Slightly dry and bitter, this cider does not have any added sugars, just those that naturally occur in the apples. This cider will prove refreshing any time of the year. Enjoy!
