Introducing our Mongolian Pork Stir Fry! Made with thin slices of our transition organic fed & pasture raised pork, you'll taste the flavor difference of their special no-soy feed and abundant pasture!
This is a mild dish, plan to add your own chili-garlic sauce to bump the heat a bit if you'd like.
Our pork is first thin sliced and marinated with sesame oil, tamari & Xiaoshin cooking wine. Then sautéed with organic scallions and broccoli before being topped with our from scratch "Mongolian" sauce. Did you know that Mongolian Barbecue is not Mongolian or Chinese? It was created by a Taiwanese resident, Wu Zhaonan in the 1950s.
Whatever its origins, it is one of our favorite Chinese restaurant dishes and we are so excited to have our own version!
