This is usually a pork sausage, but can be a beef/pork mix. It is raw, so it needs to be fully cooked. It is not a traditionally dried chorizo. Think Italian sausage, but chorizo flavor in one pound packs.

Perfect for any pasta, on pizza, egg scramble... yum.

This is a flat rate box, weights will vary 

 

Ingredients:

Pasture-raised Beef & Pork, Water, Apple Cider Vinegar and less than 2% of untreated salt, Organic Spices (Organic Pepper, Organic Cumin, Organic Oregano, Organic Coriander), Organic Paprika, Organic Evaporated Cane Syrup, Organic Garlic Powder, Celery Juice and Sea Salt. Stuffed in Natural Hog Casings.
