Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 450°F. Remove lid and cover tightly with foil.
- From frozen: Bake for 40–50 minutes, then 5–10 minutes uncovered
- Fully thawed: Bake for 25–30 minutes covered, then 5–10 minutes uncovered
Cook to an internal temperature of 165°F. For richer potatoes, top with extra butter, sour cream or heavy cream and salt to taste. For creamier potatoes, mash more after baking.
