With the same ingredients our abuelas used when cooking from scratch, this sauce gives you rich and delicious Al Pastor tacos in minutes. Just brown 1.5-2 lbs of meat (we like chicken or pork), pour in sauce & let simmer. Bonus tip: these sauces are also great in a slow cooker or as a grill marinade!
