Dandelion is one of the first single source honey of the season we can harvest and offer for sale, after the long Minnesota winter. It's not a plentiful honey, as only the strongest colonies can make early spring honey.

This tangy unheated raw honey has a slight grapefruit finish and goes well on toast, in yogurt, or right out of the jar. 

Ames Farm is a small honey farm and apiary with 400 bee hives in 20 bee yard locations spread over central Minnesota. Our beekeepers and workers produce, extract and bottle our honey on our honey farm near Delano, MN.
