Our 2018 season is upon us and we have a couple changes this year to the products we have to offer.  We will have pasture raised chicken, pork, rabbit and eggs available for delivery or pick up at the farm.

This year we are taking a break from raising turkeys.  Mainly we have too many projects we need to finish around that farm, but we plan to raise turkeys next year and heritage turkeys along with broad breasted breeds.

We are also taking a break from goats.  We sold the last of the does we had this past spring.  We are not sure when we will acquire a new herd of goats, and more than likely will be buying sheep first.  It has saved us time so far this year to have two less animal management groups to move around on pasture.

We will have broiler chickens available in August 2018 and in October.  Whole chickens and cut ups available.  We offer weekly delivery to the Twin Cities metro area and periodic delivery to St. Cloud.  Here are our current metro meet up spots:

  • Wyoming, Forest Lake, Roseville, Downtown St. Paul, Mendota Heights, Eagan, Woodbury, Oakdale and White Bear Lake
  • Anoka, Blaine, Minneapolis, Uptown, Edina, Bloomington, Chanahssen, Minnetonka/Hopkins, Golden Valley, Maple Grove, Elk River, Zimmerman

We are currently sold out of pork halves and wholes.  We typically take pre-orders in the spring for fall butchering.  We will have retail pork cuts and bundles available in November or so this year though.  You will want to be on our email list to get notification when these products are available.

We will have limited rabbits available.  We sell them in whole or 6-piece cut ups. These will start to be available in July and into the fall.

Our eggs are Animal Welfare Approved certified and in high demand!  But do not hesitate to inquire about their availability.  We will have less during the winter and usually have an abundance during the spring.
